By downloading or using VidBox you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
VidBox lets you browse trending titles, search movies and TV shows, read overviews, ratings and cast information, keep a personal "My List" and "Watched" list, receive weather-based suggestions, and find cinemas near you. VidBox does not provide, stream, download or link to copyrighted video content.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to: copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app; interfere with its operation or with the services it relies on; use automated means to extract data from the app; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Movie and TV information and images are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) through its public API. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo, and cinema and map data by Apple Maps. Titles, posters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown for information purposes only.
The "For You" tab uses artificial intelligence to propose titles. Suggestions are automatically generated recommendations only; they may be inaccurate, unsuitable or not to your taste, and they are not professional advice. Check a title's rating and content before watching.
Cinema locations, distances, weather and title information come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or out of date. Please confirm opening hours, showtimes and directions with the venue or your maps app. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this information.
VidBox is free and supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads are shown as banners, native ads or full-screen ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisers or the websites and apps they link to.
If you enable notifications, the app may send you a daily reminder. You can turn this off at any time in the app or in iOS Settings.
The VidBox name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give you any right to them except the licence in section 3.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that any title, service or feature will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using VidBox at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of a claim about the app, you agree to direct it to us rather than Apple.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use VidBox after an update means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the developer of VidBox is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
